The recently renovated room we booked here had internet access, robes, and a bath, and the fresh bread, pastries.

We had decent sized and recently renovated room with very comfy pillows and bed. Its service was excellent.

This hotel is conveniently located near a major shopping street, with shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. You can easily walk to museums and the city centre, making it a convenient base for exploring. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. They offer a delicious breakfast with fresh bread every morning. Plus, there's free wifi and a great Iranian restaurant nearby.

The decor and finish in the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some improvement.

The breakfast was tasty and the service was helpful. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. It was set not very far from Neubaugasse Stop subway station.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. Considering the prices in the area, it offers great affordability without compromising on quality. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with clean and tidy spaces that are much larger than expected. The basic amenities provided meet all the necessary requirements for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel is very convenient, just one subway station away from a major train station and within reach of various shops and attractions.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel has a lovely 1930's feel to it. The cocktail bar especially is very atmospheric, the waiter is quite a character, chatty and informative and can recommend the best cocktails. The room was also very impressive, it was large and had a beautiful stained glass bay window that looked out on the street in front of the hotel. It was not noisy however as the noise from the street below was buffered by a second window, which was quite inventive, The bathroom was also quite large and very clean. The location was also excellent, less than a minutes walk to the largest shopping street and just up the road from the Museum Quarter.

The hotel is not cheap and the additional cost for the breakfast was a little pricey.

The room was very tidy and big enough for a short stay in Vienna. The staff was very friendly and walked us through everything. The hotel is very close to the Mariahilferstrasse (a shopping street) and on the ground floor is a great bar with a really hugh selection of hard drinks... The cupboard was big enough, everything was very clean (including the bathroom). There is a good seperation between smoking and non-smoking areas!!! For my next stay in Vienna this hotel is on the top of my list.

Convenient location near city center. Lovely building with a great American bar in the hall. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Efficient and polite staff. Spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. Great value for the price. Would definitely repeat stay.

Small window:) But on the highest floor it's normal. It was beat cold in the room.

Very poor internet cinnection (at least in room 36). It was very unstabile, breking down every 2 minutes. I could not use even Skype

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Mariahilferstrasse, the main shopping street. It was also conveniently close to an underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel staff were polite and kind, ensuring that I felt welcome throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which provided a great start to my day. I was impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and transportation options offered by this hotel.

Excellent price/quality ratio! The hotel is very well located 50m away from the main shopping avenue and from subway station. The room was a bit small but rather cozy, housekeeping service was excellent for a 3 stars tourist hotel (they changed towels daily for example). Very friendly english speaking staff. In the hotel there is also an amazing cocktail bar, open till 4 am.
